I keep coming back to this amazing place for my city break. The staff is helpful, even with taxi tips. The apartment has Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The amenities include a jacuzzi, spa, and children's play area. I have no regrets!

We stayed at Sonnheim Haus which is booked through the Casa Della Luce Apartments. Please be careful as Sonnheim Haus is about one kilometer from the other Casa Della Luce Apartments and we initially arrived at the wrong place. Sonnheim Haus was a beautiful 2-bedroom place. We came to Zermatt to do some hiking. We travelled extensively through Europe with our children and this was by far, the best place we stayed in. Large and spacious and it was luxurious to have 2 bathrooms, 2 spacious sleeping rooms, leather couches, dishwasher and a very modern kitchen. It was a 15 min walk to the train station and close to shops and restaurants. We utilized the wireless internet access without problems. It was sunny and bright with a gorgeous view of the Matterhorn. We didn't want to leave!

There was a coin laundry machines in the building which we used, but it would be good to clarify if we were truly allowed to use these facilities or not as the instructions seemed to indicate that we were not supposed to use them (but it was not clear).

Very stylish and high quality fittings. Wifi useful and good sized tv. Nb Didn't meet the owners.. The key was just left out for us, but there wasn't any need as everything was fine. Convenient central location.

Difficult to fault really. In the kitchen there wasn't anywhere to store much food and the oven wasn't much use without baking dishes etc. Pillows were a bit lumpy! .

The apartment is conveniently located not far from the station, although it is on top of a somewhat steep hill. The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished with a great ambiance. The open concept kitchen is nicely situated near the living room. The property offers a great view of the mountain and is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, making it convenient for guests. The staff is also nice and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

One of the bathrooms has a tub with no enclosure, which can be slightly inconvenient for those who prefer a shower.

The apartment was spacious. My family loved the big bathtub at the main toilet. The kitchen was great. We also had a view of the Matterhorn from the living room. It wasn't far from the town centre but you would have to walk uphill with the luggage to get there.

We did not meet any service staff at the apartment during the three night's stay. It was self-service for us and we were basically on our own. Fortunately, that wasn't a problem for us.

The apartment was spacious, very clean, well stocked, decent location,.

The wifi did not work even after it was "repaired". The spa (which was great) was only open 3 - 9 pm and often closed early.

The apartment was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and had TVs in every bedroom. The location was within walking distance of the central station, making it convenient for travelers. The views of the mountains from the balcony were breathtaking, providing a memorable experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The comfort and location of the apartment were great. The apartment was set up nicely with everything we needed. It was close to the main ski lift, the shops and the train station. Late check-in was no problem.

The water in the whirlpool was lukewarm instead - too cold to spend more than a few minutes in.

perfect apartment with high confort level. 10 minutes walking to the center and 5 minutes walking to train (for skiing) and bus stop. The apertmant was fully equiped we felt as at home. Next time we want to stay here again.

The flat was flawless, with a wide range of amenities and equipment. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the accessibility and check-in process were effortless. The location was within walking distance of the central station, though taking a bus or taxi might be preferable with heavy luggage.

Felt like our own home, as the hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout our entire stay.

We stayed in 2 apartments at Casa Della Luce because we were very kindly upgraded. The first floor flat is excellent for a couple. It is modern and very comfortable. We were upgraded to the second floor apartment which has the same high stadards, but with a fantastic balcony that gives a clear view across Zermatt to the Matterhorn - if you take photos, this is a great place for day and night shots with a medium zoom lens, particularly for star streaks over the mountain or potential alpenglow. We cooked in the apartment so that we didn't miss the fading light on the mountain, although bars and restaurants are within very easy reach. The balcony is absolutely worth the extra money and effort. Everything you need and far better value than a hotel.

The Best Apprtment House ever where we stayed. We travelled a lot and stayed in many places but Casa della Luce in Zermatt beat them all. Big, nice and clean Wellnes Area with different Saunas, Whirlpool and Chill Out Area. Wireless Internet in the enitire Appartment, nice TV and Home Cinema and of course comfy beds. Good Contact to Staff. They provide emergency/problem telphone number. Thank you and we will come back for a week or two.

The views from the balcony were amazing, with a stunning day and night view of the surroundings. Additionally, the location was convenient, with a short 10-15 minute walk to the station. The room itself met my expectations and had everything I needed.

One minor inconvenience was that I couldn't open the lock of the garbage bin. Other than that, there were a few negative aspects.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful, well-appointed apartment at Casa Della Luce. The spacious rooms and open concept kitchen provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The mountain views from the backyard were simply breathtaking, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the magical surroundings. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a missing clock and mirror, the overall cleanliness and modernity of the apartment were impressive. The helpfulness of Michael Zizmann, who assisted us throughout our stay, truly enhanced our vacation experience. we would highly recommend this accommodation for a truly magical stay in Zermatt.
